Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once you send us an email requesting a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. A $25 fee will be deducted from your returned amount to cover the bank fees and staff time involved. If you wish to exchange the purchase for a similarly priced product, the exchange will be made for you at no extra cost.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
