In this time of crisis, Congress is asking for help from the counseling community on how COVID-19 has impacted you and your ability to provide services to your clients. They are also asking specifically on what policy changes the federal government needs to make in order for us to serve our clients during emergency situations such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.
This is a chance to let your voice be heard! Please fill out this short questionnaire and be honest and forthcoming. We may be poised to create effective and positive changes to the counseling profession. You may remain anonymous if you wish, but if you would like to include your contact information, a Hill staffer may contact you to get further information and guidance on how to best assist you and your clients.
There is a very short window of time to do so. The deadline to respond is Monday, April 13. Please pass this on to those who may find it helpful.
Stay safe and healthy.
